RMA Request Form

Sometimes things just don’t work as they should. If you’ve checked for obvious issues and require help on an aeration system or fountain repair, please fill in the RMA request form below and a representative will get in touch to solve the issue. All RMA items sent in will be processed as soon as possible. Before work begins the results will be sent to you for your evaluation and authorization. If returning and requesting credit, all monies owed will be returned to the account on file and will credit within 7-10 business days.

• Warranty Label showing Warranty Number must accompany all warranty requests for authorization
• Compressor Label
• Overall photo of Compressor
• Overall photo of system and/or damaged item.
